What does Merchavio cost sellers?

The cost is a fixed monthly plan fee plus a small fee per sale. Monthly plans can be cancelled monthly.

How can a seller try Merchavio?

Sellers can try Merchavio free for 5 days without a card, or buy a plan straight away. During the trial they set up their shop and offer and see whether the system suits them. During the trial, the seller appears in your Shopspotter area with the status “trial”. Commission arises as soon as the seller pays Merchavio something, their plan or the fee on a sale. The free trial itself does not earn any commission yet.

Who is Merchavio a particularly good fit for?

It works well for online courses, coaching, memberships and communities, for digital downloads such as e-books or templates, and for livestreams and workshops. What should you be upfront about?

Merchavio is not a merchant of record, so it does not resell the products in its own name. Sellers sell themselves, under their own name, and that is why they handle VAT on their own. Merchavio prepares the documents for their accountant; there is no automatic tax calculation at checkout.
